We offer comprehensive neurologic
evaluations of all adult neurologic problems. Any patient over the age of 14 is welcome. Dr. Ewing will also see
children over the age of 4 for seizures and headache.
Dr. Ewing has extensive training in Movement disorders such as Parkinson's Disease
and tremor. He uses the latest advances to treat Movement disorders.
We have state-of-the-art evaluations for Dementia's, such as Alzheimer's, and
offer more comprehensive testing than is usually found for the dementia's in order to get as accurate a diagnosis as possible.
Dr. Ewing has a special interest in Multiple Sclerosis and treats the disease as agressively
as possible. Infusion services are offered in the office. Crystal, our nurse, is one of the few MS certified nurses
in the state and assists in the care of the MS patient.
We serve a large chronic pain population and are especially interested in the treatement
of peripheral neuropathy, whether diabetic or not, and neuropathic pain. A wide range of medications are utilized to
control these difficult conditions. Dr. Ewing has been a regionally recognized speaker on these topics.
Headache including migraine is also an area of interest for Dr. Ewing. He trained
with Dr. Dewey Ziegler, a pre-eminant headache specialist from 1960 until his retirement in 2000. We use medication,
therapies and other modalities to effectively control headaches.
Dr Ewing has fellowship training in Electromyography, Evoked Potential and EEG. These
services are also available.
As part of his fellowship, Dr. Ewing was trained in the use of Botox. He does both
therapeutic and cosmetic botox in the office. Cosmetic Botox is always injected by the doctor, never by an assistant.
